What the guarantee covers

The guarantee applies to your one-time US$24.99 Money Reset lifetime-access purchase. The 30 days begin on the date of your order. Send your request within that period; you don't need to prove that you used the app or explain why you changed your mind.

How to request a refund

Email finorasolutions37@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout and your receipt or transaction reference, if you have it. We aim to respond within 2 business days and will help arrange the refund with Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. You can also request a refund directly through Paddle's buyer support.

How the money is returned

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear after processing.

What happens to your access

When a full refund is processed, lifetime access is switched off. Your saved plan stays in your account in case you choose to buy again later.

Duplicate or accidental payments

If you were charged twice by mistake, contact us and we will refund the extra payment in full, whatever the date.
