Who you are contracting with

Money Reset is a product of Finora Solutions ("we", "us", "Finora Solutions"). By creating an account or continuing to use Money Reset, you agree to these terms. If you are using Money Reset on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to agree on its behalf; if you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

What Money Reset is

Money Reset is a web application that turns the income, spending, debt and savings figures you enter into a stage-by-stage plan with a clear next step. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase of US$24.99 tied to the account you sign in with. There is no subscription and no renewal charge.

Your account

Access is tied to the email address you sign up with. Keep your sign-in details confidential — you are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Licence and restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Money Reset for your own personal money planning. You may not resell, redistribute or share access, reverse engineer the service, or bypass payment or technical limits.

Misuse

You must not use Money Reset for anything unlawful, for fraud or spam, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, or to interfere with security — including malware, probing, scanning or scraping.

Our intellectual property

Finora Solutions retains ownership of Money Reset and everything in it, including the software, content, documentation and branding. Your own figures and notes remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to provide the service to you.

Service level

We work to keep Money Reset available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change or improve over time.

Payments, billing and tax

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and cancellation mechanics are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

Not financial advice

Money Reset is an educational planning tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice, is not a recommendation to take any particular action, and does not account for your full personal circumstances. All figures are estimates based on what you enter, and decisions you make remain your own responsibility. For advice about your situation, speak with a qualified professional.

Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Money Reset. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special losses, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Your indemnity

You agree to cover us for claims arising from your unlawful use of Money Reset, content you submit, or your breach of these terms.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Money Reset at any time. We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. If access ends, you may request a copy of your data before it is deleted.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Other terms

You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page.
